Frequently asked questions

What time is check-in and check-out?

Monday to Friday: Check-in and check-out are available from 8:30 am to 11:00 am, then again from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. You can choose any 15-minute interval within these times. On weekends, we allow check-in and check-out from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Out of hours can be arranged by paying an out-of-hours fee and obtaining approval from the hotel.

What if I'm running late or early for check-in/check-out?

You must stick to the time slot you choose unless you have informed a member of staff otherwise. If you are running late or early, please call as soon as possible to let the staff know. If you arrive early or late, you may have to wait until the next available slot, as staff will have planned their days and dog walks around your chosen times.

How do I gain access to the building?

Our building is protected by high-security doors and is permanently locked to the public via maglocks. This means no one can enter the building unless we release the magnet locking system from inside. There is a call button outside that you may use, or you can simply wait a few minutes, and one of our staff members will let you in when it's safe. This ensures all dogs remain safe, prevents any escape, and allows reactive or scared dogs to have a stress-free experience.

Can I log in to the CCTV?

We have CCTV in all our rooms and the entire building, both inside and out. However, this is currently only accessible to staff and management.

Will I get a discount for early check-out?

We do not offer a discount for early check-out. This policy ensures that staff have sufficient time to clean and disinfect rooms in preparation for the next guest, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. It also allows flexibility for any delayed flights, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

What happens at check-in?

You will arrive at your chosen time slot, and a member of staff will let you in when it's safe. After this, you will be invited to the reception to fill out a form with important details about your dog. This includes special requirements, feeding, medication, and permission for us to walk your dog or use the secure field. Once completed, the information will be saved for future visits. The first check-in is expected to take around 20 minutes.

How do I add extra services to a booking I've already made?

You can add extras when booking. If you want to add something later, simply email us with your booking details and what you'd like to add.

What should I bring?

You only need to bring your dog, their vaccination record, food, and any medication they need. You can use our beds or bring your own.

Do I need to bring my dog's food, or can you supply it?

We recommend bringing your own food to avoid any upset stomachs. However, if you forget or run out, we can provide food and charge it to your account.

Can you take raw or cooked food?

Yes, we can store raw food in our freezers and fridges. We also have a kitchen, so we can cook most things.

How big are the rooms?
